Booking questions
Will I get a booking confirmation?
Yes. Right after booking we send an email and a text message with the time, the office address and your specialist's name. A reminder follows a day before the appointment and again an hour before it, through the same channels.
How do I cancel or move an appointment?
The confirmation email contains a cancellation link. It works right up to the appointment and needs no phone call. You can pick a new time in the same calendar or call us at 732 059 980.
How much does a session cost?
A psychological consultation costs from 190 zł for 50 minutes, individual psychotherapy from 190 zł, couples therapy from 250 zł, ADHD assessment from 400 zł and an EEG Biofeedback session from 180 zł. Online sessions cost the same as in-person ones. The full price list is on the services page.
Do I need a referral?
No. Sztuka Harmonii is a private practice - we do not work with the Polish public health service (NFZ), so no referral or insurance is needed. Picking a time in the calendar is enough.
How is an online session different?
In format only. An online session lasts as long as one in the office, is run by the same specialist and costs the same. It happens over video, and you agree the connection details with your specialist beforehand.
What happens at the first appointment?
The first meeting is a conversation about what brings you in, how long it has been going on and what you have already tried. Your specialist will not force a diagnosis - at the end they suggest a direction and how many sessions it may take.
