Why work with us while living in Kielce

Kielce is the capital of Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, and you can study psychology here at Jan Kochanowski University, where the five-year master's programme is run by the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology. After graduating, the next step is often a psychotherapy school, where training usually takes four years. If you train outside Kielce, for example in Kraków or Warsaw, a training block usually means a whole weekend away from home, travel included. With us, that is no obstacle: you run sessions online, from home, so commuting to an office does not add to the journeys to your training blocks. The minimum is two days a week, which you can arrange outside the training block dates, and you decide how many slots you open. If you know your training block dates for the whole year, you can take them into account straight away when your schedule is set up.

Frequently asked questions - Kielce

How can I combine the cooperation with psychotherapy school training blocks?

You make slots available on the days you choose, at least two a week. Afternoons and weekends fill up fastest, so if school takes up your weekends, it is worth opening weekday afternoons.

Will I see my first patients before my next training block?

That depends on the date of the training block. First sessions with patients usually fall in the second week of cooperation, once you have completed onboarding.

My training block also falls on a Friday. Can I skip making slots available that day altogether?

Yes. You choose the days with slots, so you can leave Friday free. There is one condition: two days a week with available appointments.

I know my training block dates for the whole year. Can I plan my free weekends right away?

Yes. Our booking desk only books patients into the slots you make available, so you simply leave training weekends without slots. It is best to give us the training block dates when your schedule is set up after the recruitment interview. In a week with a training block, two other days with available appointments are enough.

Can I run online sessions from the city where my training block takes place?

You can, as long as you have a room there where the conversation stays between you and the patient, a stable connection and a headset with a microphone. It is often simpler, though, to leave training days without slots and focus on your training then.
