Online psychotherapy

Regular psychotherapy conducted online by video call - full therapy without leaving home. Weekly sessions, 50 min.

About this service

Online psychotherapy is a fully fledged therapeutic process conducted via video call. Regular sessions (usually weekly) allow for deep work on emotions, thought patterns and relationships – just as in the office. It is a convenient option for people who value flexibility, live far from our offices or simply feel more comfortable in their own environment. Sessions last 50 minutes, and the entire process takes place on a secure video calling platform.

Frequently asked questions

Does online psychotherapy work for a longer process?▼

Yes - the key is regularity, and online it can be easier to maintain than when you have to travel. Sessions usually take place weekly at a fixed time.

What if I have nowhere at home to talk?▼

Some people connect from their car or from an office at work. If there is no way to have a private conversation, an in-person visit is the better choice - confidentiality is a condition of therapeutic work.

Can I combine online and in-person sessions?▼

Yes. Many patients meet in the office and switch to a video call in weeks when they are away or ill. You agree on the format with your therapist before each session.

How much does an online session cost?▼

From 200 PLN for 50 minutes - the same as a session in the office.
