About this service

This therapy may address difficulties with trust, closeness, self-worth, recognising emotions and setting boundaries. Your current needs and the experiences you wish to discuss provide the starting point. The Polish term DDA refers to adult children of alcoholics; it is not itself a medical diagnosis. You and the specialist agree the scope and pace of the work. Before arranging a session, ask about the approach, fee, appointment length and availability.
